Nonni's Bakery is the #1 biscotti brand in the U.S. with an ambition to grow the business beyond their very loyal biscotti-lovers. To catapult the brand into new categories, Sterling repositioned Nonni's as a contemporary Italian bakery brand and developed a flexible portfolio architecture to capture market opportunity across Italian baked goods, better-for-you snacks, and beyond.

At the heart of the redesign is Nonni's philosophy of celebrating the Italian spirit of eating and living well. Inspired by authentic Italian bakery signage, we integrated the brand's heritage with design elements that deliver a modern twist through vibrant color and ingredient forward product photography. The result is a delicious and shoppable design system that proudly spotlights the Nonni's Bakery brand.
