A Heartfelt Goodbye

At Sterling, we love celebrating our people and milestones; sometimes, those moments come with a heartfelt goodbye.  At the end of this month, Jean Campbell, the Executive Director of our Sterling Studio, will retire after 30 years with our organization.  The clients and design programs she helped activate are too numerous to name. During her tenure, she worked with brands around the globe and products in every category. As our resident expert, she solved our most complicated realization assignments. Jean’s positive and ‘there is always a solution’ approach helped guide our team, clients, and production partners through seemingly impossible challenges.

The influence of Jean's work extends far beyond the projects in our Sterling portfolio. Her true legacy lies in the numerous young designers and account managers she has mentored, sharing her knowledge on everything from printing methods and substrates to color management and regulations.  Personally, I’ve had the privilege of learning from Jean for over 20 years, and she continues to inspire me with her insights and dedication to finding innovative solutions for our clients.

But, just as Jean will greet this new phase of retirement with gusto and vigor, the Sterling Studio is seizing this moment to define a new path.  Together with our tenured team of production artists, retouchers, photographers and animators, we will continue to deliver innovative solutions for our clients, successful activations to the market and new, exciting capabilities to the industry.

We invite you to join us in wishing Jean a hearty congratulations on her retirement and thanking her for a job well done! Onwards!
