But after two decades without a brand refresh, and with increased competition from direct-to-consumer disruptors targeting younger generations, HairClub’s business was under threat.
Working closely with HairClub’s CEO and executive leadership team, we conducted a major brand transformation program to reignite the relevance of the brand.
After intensive qualitative research and Brand Muse Development, we aligned on an ownable brand positioning to set the stage for future business growth and leadership. From there, we brought the positioning to life through visual identity development, customer experience innovation, messaging and brand voice, retail design, packaging design, and more.
